     These are programs where you receive high returns of investment in a relatively shorter period of time. There is a catch though, these programs entail greater risk than others with a good percentage actually being Ponzi schemes disguised as HYIPs.

     There are quite a few sites offering tips on the choice of programs to invest in e.g. HYIPFarm (see link to the left) yet they vary from person to person. The following however, are almost universally suggested:

1. NEVER invest any funds that you CANNOT afford to lose.
2. Diversify i.e. do not spend your funds only in 1 or 2 programs
3. Research the program before investing, and check to see if it does not appear in any scam lists.
4. Again, if a program appears to good to be true, i.e. very high rates of interest, it probably is, and will not last for a long time. In this case, timing and strategy is crucial to ensuring you end up with profit. It is suggested that you recoup your investment as soon as possible and just play with your profit.
