HOW TO CREATE PROOFS OF PAYMENT
This is a step-by-step
guide to creating screenshots of your payment processor account transactions
that you can show others as proof of payment from programs.
1. Access your payment
processor account.
2. Choose the transaction you want to use as proof of payment.
* Tip: To increase program credibility, choose recent multiple transactions
by the same program.
3. Make sure all pertinent the details are seen on the screen such as date
of payment, payment received from and the amount received.
4. Press the Prt Scr button. This takes a screenshot or "picture" of the
current screen image.
5. Paste (or Ctrl V) onto an new file of an image editor such as Paint.
6. Edit it, making sure to block out important details such as Account
Number, Transaction number.
* Tip: For a cleaner look, don't simply block out the numbers with another
color. Just erase them by overlying them with the same color as the
background.
*Tip: For emphasis, highlight the Memo (usually states the Program Name) and
Amount by encircling them with red or changing text color.
7. Save image, then upload to an image web host (Ex.
TheFileBucket, PhotoBucket).
8. You can now use your images by simply copying link location of each image
(right click) and pasting the URL onto the forum/webpage etc.
